The 4th Kosugi Food Fest will be held.

Nakahara Ward was severely damaged by Typhoon No. 19 in October. We believe that what we can do is to bring smiles to as many people's faces as possible.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to aid in the recovery from the flood damage in Nakahara-ku.
