Introduction of Osaka Optical
Staff
Ryoji Osaka
First-class optician
I was born and raised in Nakahara-ku, Kawasaki City. After working for a domestic manufacturer and a foreign IT company, I entered the eyeglass industry. In addition to the eyeglass industry, I enjoy contributing to the local community in Musashi-Kosugi by starting up a local community with my friends and cooperating in shopping district activities.
I studied abroad in Canada when I was a student. If you need any assistance in English, please let me know.
Akiko Osaka
OCP (Optical Color Planner)
Do you know the best colors you can look for? How many years has it been since we put such a copy on a flyer? I can help you select frames that match your facial image, suggest lens colors that match your skin color, and help you choose eyeglasses that make the most of your individuality. I would be very happy to help you find a pair of "this" through pleasant conversation with you.
Fumitaka Watanabe
First-class optician
Full member of the Japanese Society of Optometry
In my 35+ years in the industry, I have measured over 20,000 people to date. Half of the week I travel to local ophthalmology offices as a medical professional, working with optometrists to make general eyeglasses, eyeglasses after cataract surgery, and eyeglasses for children with low vision. We also receive ongoing technical training and constantly strive to improve the visual lives of each and every one of our customers.
Masafumi Hagiwara
I have been in the industry for over 35 years and have enjoyed working here to this day with the support of the local community. I always try my best to serve my customers under the mottos of "never saying no as much as possible" and "always thinking about what I can do for the customer. I will do my best as a watchman of Osaka Eyeglasses to bring smiles to the faces of many people by using the experience and know-how I have cultivated up to now.
Yoshitoki Takahashi
First-class optician
I have been in the industry for more than 15 years. I originally became involved in eyeglasses when I became interested in the modeling and manufacturing process of eyeglass frames. I learned the depth of this job when I realized that the degree of comfort of eyeglasses changes completely depending on the degree and fitting.
I am mainly in charge of "processing" to fit lenses into frames. We are committed to making beautiful glasses with careful work.
Ayaka Osaka
Certified Hearing Aid Technician
My experience with hearing loss sparked my interest in the world of "hearing" and led me to become a certified hearing aid technician.
No matter how trivial it may seem, please contact us. We will do our best to be of service to you.
Jun Takahashi
I myself have reached an age where I am concerned about the symptoms of presbyopia.
We are committed to providing a comfortable eyeglass life that matches the lifestyles of today's consumers who use computers and smartphones all day long.
Please feel free to contact us.
Kuniharu Osaka
I am Kuniharu Osaka, founder of Osaka Optical.
Now I leave the store to my son and other trusted staff who have been with me for a long time, and mainly help out with business in the Musashi-Kosugi shopping district. Since I don't see much of myself at the store, old customers often ask me, "How are you, Mr. President? I am often asked. Just as the town of Musashi Kosugi is changing, our store is also undergoing new changes, and we aim to make it a store that will be loved by everyone.
