Line Art frames are made by Charmant, a comprehensive eyeglass manufacturer located in Sabae, Fukui Prefecture. Sabae's eyeglass factories are characterized by a division of labor, but Charmant is one of the few major manufacturers in Sabae that can produce all of its frames by itself.

Excellence Titanium, developed by Charmant in collaboration with Tohoku University, is very springy but does not lose its shape, and is very light and easy to wear.
