Masunaga 82, 94, 829 in stock now!
Continuing from the previous issue, I would like to introduce Masunaga.
Masunaga is a Japanese brand, as the name suggests, and is a well-established frame manufacturer in Fukui Prefecture called Masunaga Megane, which has been in business for more than 100 years.
I heard at a recent exhibition that they are displayed as a super high-end eyeglass brand in a neighboring country. Of course, they are also high-end in Japan, but considering the tariffs and income difference at the time of import, they seem to be traded as frames with far higher added value than those bought in Japan.
One of the advantages of having many of our frames made in Japan is that the frames are produced in Japan, which means that there are almost no intermediate costs such as unnecessary customs duties and expensive transportation costs, and as a result, high-quality glasses can be purchased at affordable prices.
Now, I would like to introduce Masunaga's plastic frames.
Maunaga 94
The frame shape is a basic Wellington style, and is very easy to use for both business and private purposes.
The temples feature the letters "1905," the year of Masunaga's founding, on the tips of the temples.
The inside of the temples is made of a transparent fabric, which allows the core metal of the temples to be seen, giving them a hidden, fashionable look. 5-piece hinges are used for a very strong construction.
Masunaga 82
While the 94 is more for men, this one is sized for women.
This model also features the letters "1905," Masunaga's founding year, on the tips of the temples.
The color of the inner temples as well as the outer temples are made of a skeleton fabric, so the color of the core metal part of the temples can be more fashionable. This is a unique fabric choice for women whose temples are often hidden by their hair.
Masunaga 829
This model can be worn by both men and women (depending on the size of your face). (It depends on the size of your face.) It is characterized by the use of titanium parts at the connection between the front and temples.
Although the front is plastic, it has titanium cling arms on the pads that support the nose, making it perfect for those who need more fine-tuning. The pads are made of titanium pads, which are now in vogue.
Masunaga's plastic frames have a high quality and very luxurious feel, so we highly recommend these frames to those who want to look stylish in a slightly better frame.
