I went to the spring exhibition.

The eyeglass industry has two major exhibitions a year, one in the spring and one in the fall.

Yesterday I had a spring exhibition and spent a day traveling around Tokyo.

Some exhibitions are held at large exhibition halls with joint booths, some are held in stylish rental spaces by a single brand, some are held at the brand's headquarters, some are held in a hotel room, and others are held in various locations.

Most of the brands we carry are Japanese frames made in Sabae, Fukui Prefecture, but due to changes in the supply chain at Corona Disaster and structural reasons in Sabae, delivery times for new work are more variable than usual.

Normally, if an order is placed around this time in April, delivery is completed by May or June, but this year, some brands seem to be taking until August.

The Corona disaster has calmed down a bit, and each brand has regained a little more energy to produce frames with ambitious designs.

We have ordered many cool and cute frames this time as well, so please stay tuned.

As soon as they arrive, we will let you know here.
