OAKLEY Half Jacket 2.0 and Flak Beta are in stock now!

OAKLEY's classic designs, the Half Jacket 2.0 and Flak Beta, are now back in stock.

The two are very similar in shape when viewed from the front, but the difference is in the temples (vines).

The Half Jacket 2.0 has the advantage that the part of the temple that touches the ear is made of rubber, making it more slip-resistant.

Flak Beta has temples made entirely of plastic.

At first glance, you might think that if the two types are almost the same in price, the one made of Half Jacket rubber would be better, but in fact, the rubber part deteriorates over time (parts can be replaced), and if the manufacturer stops manufacturing the part, you have to use it with the deteriorated rubber part. However, in fact, the rubber part deteriorates over time (parts can be replaced).

In this respect, Flak Beta is much less susceptible to deterioration than Half Jacket because the temples are all plastic.

For this reason, some customers who want to use their lenses with degrees for a long time choose to have their lenses made with Flak Beta.

Since this is your preference, we hope you will examine it according to your intended use.
