These frames are made by cutting a slightly thicker 2mm titanium sheet material. To prevent the frames from looking too flat, the upper front rim is cut at an angle, giving them a three-dimensional appearance.

The temples are made by a process called "Sparta processing," in which the temples are pressed and the hinges are machined, making them very durable while providing just the right amount of springiness.

In terms of durability, the surface is finished with ion plating and sprayed resin coating, so there is little concern about color peeling, to be honest.
