New & Restocked Frames

2024.04.12

ORIENS S2211 is in stock now!

New ORIENS products have just arrived.

ORIENS is planned by Orient Eyeglasses in Sabae, Fukui Prefecture.

While planning original frames, we also have a side as a trading company, so we make frames by absorbing the opinions of retailers about what they want.

The frames introduced here are titanium sheet metal frames with a very clean design.

The overall width of these frames is slightly larger, making them suitable for men with larger faces and for those whose eyes are a little further apart from the rest of the face.

Recently, there has been an increase in the number of brands that make frames in slightly smaller sizes, and I have been thinking that there are fewer frames that I can recommend to people of a slightly larger build when they come to my store. I myself have a wide face and my eyes are far from each other, so I have been feeling that there are very few glasses that I can wear anymore (laugh).

The temples feature a hammered pattern hand-worked by craftsmen. This cannot be done by machine, so the craftsman's skill shines through in this design.

Sheet metal frames tend to be hard to wear, but the thickness and elasticity of the temples have all been calculated with comfort in mind. You can wear them more lightly than they look.

We also make glasses with after-sales service in mind. In anticipation of the possibility of breakage (of course, we make glasses in such a way that they will not break), they are designed so that only minor parts need to be replaced instead of the entire front, which tends to be expensive. This makes it possible to replace parts inexpensively and economically friendly in the event of a breakage.

These are glasses that have been thought through to the smallest detail. Please try them at our stores.
