Solid Blue S-256 flip-up frame is in stock now!

Functional frames from Solid Blue are now available.

These are flip-up frames, which means that the front part of the glasses can flip up. (As it is, it's a sweat.)

How do you use it?

1. for those who are nearsighted and presbyopic and can see well when they take off their spectacles for close-up viewing, they use their spectacles for close-up viewing by bouncing up the front without having to take off their distance-viewing spectacles each time they look at close-up objects. And those who do not want to use bifocal lenses.

2) Those who can see well in the distance without glasses, but need glasses to see up close due to presbyopia. In this case, the front of the glasses can be raised for distance viewing and lowered only for up-close viewing.

By inserting sunglass lenses for those who do not need glasses for both distance and close-up, the front can be lowered when sunglasses are needed and raised when driving in a dark place such as a tunnel.

Since they are almost exclusively used in these three ways, we do not recommend these frames to everyone, but we know that there are customers who want or are looking for them, so we try to have them in stock when we find a good design. (Conversely, there are not many well-designed, clear-design flip-up glasses out there.)

The combination frames with beta-titanium front and acetate temples are very well balanced and comfortable to wear. If you have been looking for a frame, please take a look.
