J-kids is a project by Orient Optics in Sabae, Fukui Prefecture.

Children's frames are handled completely differently from adults, so they need to be especially comfortable and sturdy.

J-kids is a pair of glasses that meets these strict requirements.

These frames won the Grand Prix in the kids' category at the Japan Eyeglass Awards, which are held annually in the industry.

These are so-called "professional-approved glasses.

By extending the arm itself so that the part of the arm that supports the nose pad is much lower than that of adult spectacles, even children whose nose height is slightly lower than that of adults can wear spectacles comfortably and stably.

In addition, the frames themselves are made very strong so that the lenses can be replaced as many times as necessary.

The temples are made of an elastic metal that bends flexibly, so even a slight pull will restore the temples to their original shape.
