Turning Plama P-5509 in stock now!

Taniguchi Glasses, a manufacturer of eyeglass frames in Sabae, Fukui Prefecture that focuses on handcraftsmanship, has just received a shipment of its original "Turning" series.

These frames are metal frames with plastic inlayed only on the front portion. The presence of plastic is a distinctive feature of this type of frame, giving it a more striking style than conventional metal frames.

By using a high-density plastic material called high-density acetate, we were able to create gentle feminine lines that are thin but strong.

The temples, which bend moderately, soften the contact with the side of the head. In addition, Turning's frames are made in such a way that the weight balance between the front and back is considered so that the frames do not fall off easily. The secret is to add a little weight to the part that rests on the ear.

The craftsman's handiwork and ingenuity shine through in these frames. Please try them out.
